Cyril Brulebois d2bdcfc237 Revert "excuses: Point to the d-i release manager when block-udeb is involved."

This reverts commit 6adee798cd0bec3b64c8a6315667d68ab3c16bd9.

Patching the wrong location considered unhelpful.
