CMAKE_Fortran_PREPROCESS

Default value for :prop_tgt:`Fortran_PREPROCESS` of targets.

This variable is used to initialize the :prop_tgt:`Fortran_PREPROCESS`
property on all the targets.  See that target property for additional
information.
