To initialize this variable for all targets set

:variable:`CMAKE_DOTNET_TARGET_FRAMEWORK` or

:variable:`CMAKE_DOTNET_TARGET_FRAMEWORK_VERSION`. If both are set,

|
the latter is ignored.
