Modestas Vainius 43d1f32370 Make tests pass when cmake build path contains regex metacharacters. 
This is important for BPO builds on the buildds.

Backported (from future 2.8.12) and adapted patches:
  - 0001-Fix-test-failures-caused-by-regexp-sensitive-charact.patch
  - tests-fix-Memcheck-tests-in-a-dir-with-regex-special.patch
