  * Merge from experimental.
  * New upstream release.
  * Update symbols and provide lxqt-abi-0-10.0.

  * Removed the libdrm-dev build dependency, as libdrm-dev is thrown in

  * Fixed copyright, only LGPL2.1+ is used.
