bde83594ee Add live-build support. The old livecd.sh is still here for 
compatibility, but this package's primary purpose is now to provide
Ubuntu-specific configuration for live-build.

c91f30d6d2 Use --force-unsafe-io for all dpkg operations. If we crash we'll just 
destroy the chroot and start from scratch, so syncing is pointless.
