Added Hidden=True nm-applet.desktop to xdg autostart so nm.applet doesn't autostart. This will be good since we plan to use network-manager-gnome for connection-editor but not for tray applet.
Change default icon theme from papirus to ePapirus... which make dark icons gray instead of black so they look better in dark background

See if nm-applet.desktop is present in ~.config/autostart with Hidden=true entry

Summary: Set leave confirmation dialog as default. There where people complaining about not asking confirmation when closing session or shutdown. Set breeze mouse cursor as default. Although they worked as default because where the only installed, is better to have them configured.

Summary: pcmanfm in Lubuntu used gksu. When we switched to lxqt, it had been deprecated, so we used pkexec. Unfortunately, pkexec just flat out fails. Looking upstream, they use lxqt-sudo, which we have in our install, so going with their default instead.
Test Plan:
1. Open pcmanfm-qt
2. Click on "Tools" in the menu
3. Click on "Open as root"
Should get an lxqt-sudo dialog asking for a password.

Summary: 800x600 is more appropriate than 640x480, which was causing problems. This is part two of a fix for this bug. The previous one (D3) used the right terminal. This one fixes the display issue.
Test Plan:
1. Right click on nm-tray
2. Select "Edit Connections"
Assuming the other fix is present, should display nmtui-edit fully in a window.
