- Make Lubuntu the default session by using the [base] session key.
 - Remove last_*, not provided by lxdm.conf in recent lxdm version.
 - Put "username" in the autologin key.

c36fa97f24 Set iconsize to 22 and panel height to 24 for panel settings. It displays

2ba3733894 Pass -e LXDE to lxsession to behave like a LXDE session. 
Bump depends on lxsession to >= 0.4.1 to use this feature.
