Made some minor changes in Shortcut Keys

Renamed heading to 'shortcut keys' -> 'Shortcut keys'
	Changed text to match gui buttons, 'Add' as appose to "create"
	made note refering to appendix F which contrains keyboard shortcuts (global+opnebox)

From LXQt configuration center use shortcut keys button which looks like 6 keyboard keys or run lxqt-config-globalkeyshortcuts.
