Merge libqt6opengl6-dev into qt6-base-dev.
...
libQt6OpenGl6 is not the same thing as libQt5OpenGl5. In the Qt 6 case
the library is built in both Desktop and OpenGL-ES builds and differs in
no symbols/headers. It is so safe to merge back the headers into
qt6-base-dev.
