+ Remove rsync from Depends (needed by ubuntu-{sync,cd} which aren't
    installed).
  + Add bzr and pbuilder to Recommends.
* debian/copyright:
  + Add Kees Cook to authors (already done in AUTHORS).
  + Add GPLv3 to licenses.
  + Mention which scripts are GPLv2 and which GPLv3.
