* debian/control: bumped python-launchpad-bugs requirement to newest version
...
and made it a Recommends. All scripts in ubuntu-dev-tools using it fail
gracefully if it's not installed.
* hugdaylist:
- make use of text connector.

4d4faa5b68
get-build-deps now uses dpkg-checkbuilddeps (which is available in dpkg-dev, which devscripts depends on) instead of a pbuilder script. Added documentation for get-build-deps. Update changelog.
