Nadzeya Hutsko c704e2ed6f reverse-depends: report when results are filtered out ...

Previously, if all reverse dependency fields were filtered out by the
chosen options, the tool printed nothing. This made the output
indistinguishable from the case where no reverse dependencies exist.
Now a dedicated message clarifies that results exist but were excluded
by filters.
