With LP: #1730159 now resolved, snapd will not run by default on Lubuntu and
take no memory; so it's time to drop this delta from the default Ubuntu
experience.
Summary: Hey, we need to mess with disks with something other than `fdisk`.

Test Plan: Currently BT headsets can pair but audio doesn't really work. With this, switching to A2DP should be easy, sound should sound good (HSP is really tinny), and everything should be easily controllable with PulseAudio.
